Our third professional development pathway is our leadership route.
We work with colleagues 
from the moment we appoint them to identify future leaders. This entails us providing them with additional opportunities and responsibilities, including the chance to shadow more experienced leaders from across our trust. Our leadership school identifies our next wave of middle, senior

and executive leaders and plans bespoke support and professional development to meet their needs and to ensure that we always have the right leadership qualities and attributes in our people.
