Paul Reynolds is a well-respected and very experienced occupational health, safety, and environment professional and mechanical engineer with a proven track record of success gained in utilities, construction, energy, waste and more recently, within Local Authorities.
He has operated at senior levels in operational and commercial positions but for the past decade has specialised on occupational safety, health, environment, and well-being.

“As part of my responsibilities within both Plymouth City Council, where I worked prior to moving to my current role, and Torbay Council where I am the Corporate Health and Safety Officer, I have worked extensively with schools to raise the standards and performance of occupational health and safety. I have been seconded to the role of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Manager with SWISCo which is a wholly owned Torbay Council company that has recently taken over the TOR 2 activities”.
Paul is academically qualified and certified as an occupational health, safety, and environment professional and is a member of IOSH, IIRSM and IEMA as well as being registered as an engineer with the Engineering Council.
