At ACE, we are committed to complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 (jointly referred to henceforth as ‘the legislation’) and are passionate about safeguarding the personal data of our students, parents, staff, and wider community by ensuring that all the personal information we process is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality, in line with the requirements of the law.

We implement robust technical and organisational security measures to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your personal information and to protect it from unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.

Data Subject Rights:
We respect and uphold your rights in accordance with Chapter 3 of the UK GDPR, including your rights to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Should you wish to submit a data subject rights request, please do so by contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO) or Data Protection Link Officer (contact details provided below).
