Ellie Hibberd

Ellie is an experienced partner in the Employment team at Stephens Scown.  Her primary role is to head up the HRExpress service through which the team supports businesses on the full range of day to day HR and employment matters. She believes that for businesses, having effective, specialist advice readily available is key to putting in place and retaining an engaged and settled workforce.  She prides herself in giving focused, pragmatic advice which makes the running of businesses smoother and easier.  Within her role she works with businesses on their day to day HR and employment practices as well as advising on reorganisations and business transfers.  She also supports private individuals on the full spectrum of employment law including redundancy, departure situations and Settlement Agreements, capability issues and discrimination.

 

Ellie’s commitment to her clients and achieving the outcome they want means that she is held in very high regard within the team, Firm and, increasingly, within the local area too.

 

Ellie is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and a Director at HR Express Ltd.

 

She has two young daughters and outside of work enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and watching cricket and rugby.
