Gill Kendrick

Before completing an Education Degree in the 1990’s Gill worked in Project Management and Marketing for a national retail company. After joining the teaching profession, she taught across the primary years for five years until her appointment as a Headteacher. From that time, and until her retirement she successfully led two small mid Devon schools and a large Exeter City Primary School. Her last school became the founder member of a local Muti Academy Trust where Gill was a Trustee. Following her retirement from school leadership she became an Education Consultant for a national education company supporting up to twelve schools across Devon and Cornwall. She is now fully retired
Gill has been a member of the Local Advocate Board of Trinity Primary School and Vice Chair. She has a passion for supporting leadership and developing curriculum. She has a particular interest in the Christian Ethos and Distinctiveness across the church schools and is an active member of Trinity Church. In her spare time she loves exploring new places with her husband and friends; walking the beautiful South-West Coastal Path - sometimes accompanied by her elderly cocker spaniel and singing in a local choir.
