Laura is currently Headteacher at Torre C of E Academy, having previously worked as a Deputy Headteacher and SENDCO for many years. She holds the National SEND Award and has extensive experience in supporting children with additional needs and developing inclusive practice. Laura’s areas of expertise include SEND, assessment and school improvement, and she is passionate about developing strong, values-led leadership and ensuring all children are empowered to thrive.
