Laurence brings over 20 years of financial and operational leadership experience to ACE, with a strong track record in the education and charity sectors. As an MBA qualified finance professional, he is committed to ensuring the Trust’s long term financial sustainability so that every resource is directed towards improving outcomes for pupils and supporting thriving school communities.

 

Working closely with the CEO, Trustees and executive leaders, Laurence provides strategic financial leadership that enables ACE to deliver on its vision while continuing to grow responsibly. He specialises in strengthening financial resilience, optimising efficiency, and embedding robust governance; creating the stability that allows schools to focus on excellence in teaching and learning.

 

Laurence has successfully led financial transformations that enhance operational effectiveness and value for money, implemented strategies that support mission driven organisations, and built high performing teams that foster accountability, collaboration and innovation. He is passionate about using financial strategy not simply as a control function, but as a driver of opportunity, ensuring ACE is well positioned to invest in its people, its pupils, and its future.
