Nick Hind CEO: I am delighted to acknowledge and celebrate the success of Berry Pomeroy Parochial Church of England Primary School and the strength of its shared vision. This vision is clearly lived out across every aspect of school life, enabling both pupils and adults to flourish. The school’s strong Christian ethos is evident in its inclusive curriculum, supportive relationships, high-quality religious education, engaging collective worship and exceptional pastoral care. Leaders continue to build strong relationships with the community, and this is reflected in the report. I am particularly pleased that inspectors recognised the impact of the environment where all children feel valued, supported and able to succeed. The school cultivates warm, respectful relationships and these too were noted by inspectors. These achievements are a testament to the dedication of the pupils, staff, leaders, governors, and wider community, and demonstrate the powerful impact of a shared vision when it is genuinely embedded in daily life. We are all immensely proud of the school’s continued commitment to helping every member of its community cultivate, grow and flourish together.
